A Note on Youth Leadership
TIDA is intentionally led by young adults — many under 35. This isn't a limitation; it's a feature.
- Young leaders bring urgency. They'll live with the long-term consequences of today's decisions.
- Young leaders bring innovation. They're not bound by “how things have always been done.”
- Young leaders build trust with children. The age gap between our staff and our participants is smaller, the connection stronger.
We pair youth leadership with experienced advisors who provide wisdom, accountability, and strategic guidance.
