How much does sponsorship cost?+
$43 per month covers a child's full participation in TIDA's primary education programs including Bible Club, Eco-Club, and Digital Literacy.
Where does my money go?+
100% of your sponsorship goes directly to in-country programs run by TIDA Rwanda staff. Administrative costs are covered separately through grants and major donors.
Can I write to my sponsored child?+
Yes! You can exchange letters through TIDA's moderated correspondence program. All letters are reviewed by TIDA Rwanda staff to ensure child safety.
What if I can no longer sponsor?+
Please contact us and we will work to find a new sponsor for your child so their program participation isn't interrupted.
Is my donation tax deductible?+
Yes, TIDA International is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
How are children selected for sponsorship?+
Priority is given to children who have been waiting the longest. Children are enrolled through TIDA's partner churches and community programs across Rwanda.
